Neptune was the world’s first fully web-based ERP system designed specifically to manage university co-operative education departments. The platform included four key modules: Coordinator, Student, Employer, and Academics. It streamlined the entire co-op workflow—from job posting and application to candidate selection, placement, and post-placement evaluations.

PPE-STAT is a specialized application that enables healthcare professionals in Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) hospital departments to efficiently track and manage patients who have been accidentally exposed to hazardous substances. The system records comprehensive information about exposed individuals, sources of exposure, medical follow-ups, and departmental billing items. It features a user-friendly interface for quick file search and retrieval, and offers over 20 detailed charts and reports to help monitor and optimize departmental performance.

Ananké collaborated closely with healthcare professionals to gather requirements, develop the solution, and successfully deliver a tailored product—on time and significantly under budget.

LBXweb was a sophisticated document management and control system designed to support the certification needs of the healthcare industry. It was later succeeded by LBX360, a comprehensive platform that integrated multiple modules including document management, non-conformity tracking, audit management, WHMIS compliance, audit control, and other essential tools required for regulatory certification within the Canadian healthcare sector. The system featured granular access controls and sign-off workflows to track user activities, enabling external auditors to verify compliance efficiently.

Ananké partnered closely with several hospitals to gather requirements, shape the software concept, tailor development to meet specific needs, and provide ongoing support for the platform.

Ananké conceived the project and delivered the complete solution. The team also continues to provide long-term maintenance and support.

Social Media on the Go

Laravel Mailgun SMS

SMotG was a platform developed by Ananke Inc. for a start-up company in Montreal. The goal of the system was to manage social media content creation by matching potential clients with content producers. The potential client would purchase services such as photoshoots and video productions, and the system will alert the required individuals of the potential gig job opportunity. It was similar to Uber except instead of alerting only drivers, the system would message different profiles (models, makeup artists, photographers) to notify them of the job. Interested individuals would then sign up for the job.

Ananké’s contribution:

Ananké collaborated closely with the founders to develop the initial proof of concept. After delivering the MVP, Ananké scaled the solution and has continued to maintain the project.
